The Nailed It guys truly live up to their name. The process of working with them from start to finish was just wonderful and we couldn’t be happier with our bathrooms.The quotes were accurate and we were never hit with any hidden costs or surprises (any changes in price due to spec changes, at our request, were always okayed in advance). Ashton, Richard, and the rest of the team were responsive to messages and questions. They were all consistently kind to myself and others working on the property—even despite less than ideal working conditions—and kept the site clean and their working area contained and tidy.Evan was our primary on-site worker and his high bar for quality shows. We had a particularly finicky fluted tile and it was cut to perfection, seams were considered in layout and lined up, and you can see the level of care that was taken in installation.It feels like we’re entering a spa or hotel every time, a total luxury. We would work with Nailed It again in a heartbeat, thank you guys!
